This promotion is only available to individuals aged 18 years and over who are resident in the UK (including Northern Ireland).
This promotion is available to all customers making their first bet on the at Tote.co.uk on or after 1st February 2020. For the avoidance of doubt, a Tote Ten to Follow entry does not prevent You from participating in this promotion.
If your first bet at Tote.co.uk is placed on a Charity market then it will not qualify towards the £10 Risk Free promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, any Totewin, Toteplace, Toteexacta or Totetrifecta bets placed on the 2020 Virtual Grand National on 2nd, 3rd or 4th of April 2020 do not count towards this promotion.
This promotion is limited to one per household address, IP address, email address, and shared device.
Only Your first bet with Tote counts towards this offer. Any subsequent bets will not be eligible.
In order to participate in this promotion, a minimum of £1 must be deposited into Your Account and You must make a bet (there is no minimum amount) on a Tote product.
Qualifying Tote bets available are: Toteexacta, Totetrifecta, Toteswinger, Totejackpot, Toteplacepot, Totequadpot, Totescoop6, Totewin and Toteplace
The qualifying bet is the first bet added to the betslip, for the avoidance of doubt if a customer adds 3 bets to their Tote betslip, the bet added first, which can be found at the bottom of the betslip is the qualifying bet for this promotion.
Totewin and Toteplace are classed as 2 separate bets. In the case of a £5 Totewin bet and £5 Toteplace bet being struck together in the customers first betting transaction, only the £5 Totewin bet will qualify towards the promotion.
This promotion excludes Ten to Follow bets. Therefore, if your first bet is on Ten to Follow, your subsequent first bet on any other Tote product will be the qualifying bet for this promotion.
We will match your first Tote bet in cash to the value of £10 if it settles as a loser. The maximum refund is £10, so if your first Tote bet is £50 you’ll be credited £10 back in cash once it settles as a loser.
We will aim to credit your Account immediately after your first Tote bet is settled, although it may take up to 24 hours for the cash to appear in Your Account.
Customers depositing via e-wallets will not qualify for this promotion.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with another Tote promotion or cashback offer.
Customer that register and qualify for this promotion (by meeting the criteria above) will not qualify for any other Tote new customer promotion.
